About the Role
Conver & Winchell Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Agent who enjoys working with people and providing excellent service. In this role, you’ll be the trusted contact for our clients, helping with policy questions, coverage options, and billing support. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and like building real connections, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

- Assisting clients with personal lines insurance policies (auto, home, and recreational “toys”)
- Answering billing and policy questions
- Reviewing policy information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Using Hawksoft (our CMS) to track client interactions and maintain records
- Answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and assisting with payments
- Supporting quote-based data entry and processing policy changes
- Managing mail, filing, shredding, and light administrative office tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing and professional personality
- MT Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- 2+ years personal lines experience (independent agency a plus)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
